License information

  • Licenses can currently only be ordered on account. We deliver to the EU, UK and Switzerland.

  • The use of Automatic X-Invoice Processor requires a license for each user.
  • The license key (including invoice) will be sent via email.
  • Each time you renew your subscription, you will receive a new license key.

  • Information on licenses with a limited term that were previously purchased via the online store: The license will no longer be automatically renewed at the end of the selected billing period. A new license must be ordered in order to continue using the software.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept orders on account from private customers or customers with anonymous e-mail addresses.

If you are a company or public authority based in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can order from us on account with payment by wire transfer. Please send us your official order by email. We will then send you a proforma invoice first. After receipt of payment, you will receive your final invoice and the license key.

Please provide us with the following information:

  • the product name
  • for subscription products, the term (1 year, 3 years, unlimited)
  • the desired number of licenses
  • the name to which the product should be licensed
  • the billing address and, if different, the delivery address
  • name and telephone number of the contact person for your order


Note: For orders on account, there is no automatic renewal of the subscription. It is therefore necessary to independently trigger a new order after the validity period has expired in order to continue using the software. However, you will receive a reminder one week beforehand.

License information

  • Licenses can currently only be ordered on account. We deliver to the EU, UK and Switzerland.

  • Multi-user licenses may be used as standalone license or as concurrent user license with the appropriate number of concurrent users.
  • The site license grants the right to use the software without restriction on the number of users at one location (city).
  • Enterprise licenses can be used within the purchasing organization without user limitation (worldwide).
  • The license key (including invoice) will be sent via email.

  • Information on multi-user licenses with a limited term that were purchased at an earlier date via the online store: The license is no longer automatically renewed after the selected billing period has expired. The subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing period. A new license must be ordered in order to continue using the software.
