Automatic Email Processor is a Windows application that automatically saves and prints incoming emails and attachments based on flexible rules. It monitors one or more email folders and processes messages according to freely definable profiles, for example by filtering by sender, subject or attachment type. Attachments and emails can be stored in dynamically generated folders and renamed using variables, making it easy to archive documents such as orders, invoices or reports in a structured way.

Optionally, the software can move or copy processed emails, convert messages to formats such as PDF, and trigger external programs for further processing. Automatic Email Processor helps companies reduce manual, repetitive email tasks while minimizing errors in everyday office workflows.
