In this tutorial, we will set up a profile that
automatically moves new PDF files into the right folder
structure - for example, sorted by the sender's name.

First, give the profile a descriptive name.

should be monitored for new PDF files - for example,
your scanner's output folder.

For the sorting, a single data extraction rule is all
we need: the sender's company name.
