30.13 Importance filter
30.13.1 Overview ¶
The importance filter checks the priority set by the sender. It handles especially urgent messages separately (e.g. immediate forwarding) or archives only low-priority mails.

30.13.4 Use case ¶
Importance equals High
Matches only mails that the sender marked as important. Combined with the task Forward email to the responsible person, an escalation channel is created.
30.13.5 Tip ¶
- Spam mails often arrive with the High flag - combine the filter with sender filters to exclude false positives
